Introduction
To comply with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and particularly Article 10, this Legal Notice is made available to the user. Compliance and enforcement will be demanded of any person who accesses, browses, or uses the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and/or the CRIPTAN TRADE S.L. application (hereinafter, the "Application"). If you do not agree with the terms set forth, do not access, browse, or use them.

Purpose
This Legal Notice sets out the rules for access, navigation, and use of the Website and the Application. However, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to particular conditions, which will in all cases be clearly displayed and must be expressly accepted by the users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Users"). These particular conditions may replace, complete, or modify those established in this Legal Notice.

Website and application
Through the website and the application, the user can:
1. Register as a CRIPTAN user.
2. Learn about the specifications of the services offered.
3. Hire the services offered
4. Access the CRIPTAN community.
5. Obtain information about social networks.
6. View the content offered on the Website and the Application.
7. Contact CRIPTAN through the contact form.
8. Access different third-party offers located on the Website and the Application.
9. Access the legal texts regulating the navigation of the Website and the Application.

Access and registration
Access to the content of the Website and the Application is completely free.

When a User provides personal data through any of the forms enabled for this purpose on the Website and the Application, it will be necessary to accept the Privacy Policy beforehand.

In any case, access and navigation on the Website and the Application by minors under eighteen (18) years of age is prohibited. It is assumed that access made by a minor to the Website and the Application has been made with prior and express authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.

Under no circumstances will CRIPTAN be responsible for the truthfulness of the data provided by Users, so each of them will be solely responsible for the possible consequences, errors, and failures that could arise from the lack of accuracy of the data provided.

Rights over the content
- Rights over the content: CRIPTAN owns or, where applicable, has the corresponding licenses on the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property necessary to operate on the Website and the Application, as well as all the content offered on them, including the Website and the Application itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, brands, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content, and the services available through the same.

- Rights over the Website and the Application: in no case shall access, browsing, and use of the Website and the Application by the User imply a waiver, transmission, license, or total or partial transfer of such rights by CRIPTAN. The User has a right of use of the contents and/or services of the Website and the Application within a strictly domestic scope and only with the purpose of enjoying the provisions of the service according to this Legal Notice.

References to registered trademarks or commercial names, or other distinctive signs, whether owned by CRIPTAN or third parties, carry an implicit prohibition on their use without the consent of CRIPTAN or its legitimate owners. At no time does access, browsing, or use of the Website and the Application and/or its contents confer on the User any right over trademarks included therein unless otherwise provided in this Legal Notice.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents and/or services of the Website and the Application are reserved, and it is specifically prohibited to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform, or distribute, by any means and in any form, all or part of the contents included in the Website and the Application, for any purpose, without the prior, express written authorization of CRIPTAN or, where applicable, of the holder of the corresponding rights.

The services offered, or any information made available through the Website and the Application, may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes without prior authorization from CRIPTAN. In any case, the User agrees not to use the Website and the Application for illegal or prohibited purposes.

- Rights over the contents and information disseminated by the User: in the event that the User sends information or content of any type to CRIPTAN through any of the channels enabled for this purpose, the User declares, guarantees, and accepts that they have the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual property, industrial, trade secret, or any other third-party rights, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties.

The User acknowledges assuming responsibility, leaving CRIPTAN unharmed, for any communication or content that they send personally or in their name.

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any illegal, illegal, contrary to the laws content or that could suppose an infringement of intellectual property, industrial rights, or of any other kind, they must notify it immediately to CRIPTAN through the email address atencion@criptan.com so that it can proceed to take the appropriate measures.

Likewise, in the event that any User or a third party considers that any of the contents of the Website and/or the Application, owned by CRIPTAN, infringes their intellectual, industrial property rights, or of any other kind, they must send a communication to atencion@criptan.com with the following information:
1. Identification data and contact medium of the claimant or their legal representative.
2. Documentation proving their status as the holder of the allegedly infringed rights.
3. Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by CRIPTAN, as well as their exact location within the Website and Application.

Links
- Links to other websites: In case the Website and/or Application display links to other websites through different buttons, links, banners, or embedded content, CRIPTAN informs that these are managed by third parties, not having CRIPTAN the human or technical means to previously know, control, or approve all the information, contents, products, or services provided by other platforms to which links can be established from the Website and Application.

Consequently, CRIPTAN cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the Website and/or Application or website that could be linked from the Website and Application, specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality, and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

In this regard, if Users become aware that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal or contravene morals and/or public order, they must immediately communicate it to CRIPTAN so that it can proceed to disable the link to access them, an action that will be carried out as soon as possible.

In any case, the establishment of any type of link from the Website and Application to another external website does not imply that there is any type of relationship, collaboration, or dependence between CRIPTAN and the responsible for that external website.

- Links to CRIPTAN's channel on other platforms and social networks: CRIPTAN makes available to Users, through different tools and applications, linking means that allow Users to access the channels and pages of the Website and Application that it maintains on different platforms and social networks owned and/or managed by third parties (e.g., Facebook, etc.). The inclusion of these links on the Website and Application is solely to facilitate Users' access to these channels on the different platforms and social networks.

The establishment of these applications does not imply the existence of any relationship between CRIPTAN and the owner, manufacturer, or distributor of the linked Website and Application, nor the acceptance and approval by CRIPTAN of its contents and/or services, being its owner, manufacturer, or distributor the only responsible for them.

The activation and use of these applications may involve the identification and authentication of the User (login/password) on the corresponding platforms, completely external to the Website and Application and outside the control of CRIPTAN. When accessing these external networks, the User enters an environment not controlled by CRIPTAN, so CRIPTAN will not assume any responsibility for the security configuration of such environments.

Since CRIPTAN may have limited control over the content hosted on these channels, the User acknowledges and accepts that CRIPTAN does not assume any responsibility for the content or for the services that the User may access on such pages, nor for any content, products, services, advertising, or any other material available on them.

- Links on other websites leading to the Website and Application: CRIPTAN does not authorize the establishment of a link to the Website and Application from those pages that contain materials, information, or contents that are illicit, illegal, degrading, obscene and, in general, that contravene laws, morals or public order, or generally accepted social norms.

In any case, Users may establish links that direct to the Website and Application, provided they comply with the following conditions:
1. The link may not reproduce the content of the Website and Application or parts of it in any way.
2. It is not permitted to create a browser or a border environment on the sections of the Website and Application, nor may the Website and Application be modified in any other way.
3. It is not permitted to make false or inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications about the Website and Application and/or, in particular, to declare or imply that CRIPTAN has authorized the link or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the contents or services offered or made available on the website on which said link is established.
4. The website on which the link to the Website and Application is established will not contain information or contents that are unlawful, contrary to morals and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor will it contain contents contrary to any third-party rights, including intellectual or industrial property rights and/or the right to honor, personal or family privacy or one's own image or any other right, or content contrary to the regulations governing the protection of personal data.

CRIPTAN does not have the authority or human or technical means to know, control, or approve all the information, contents, products, or services provided by other websites that have established links to the Website and Application. CRIPTAN does not assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the website that establishes that link to the Website and Application; in particular, by way of illustration and not limitation, about its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

Website and application usage uules
Access to or use of the website and application for illegal or unauthorized purposes, whether for profit or not, is not permitted, and the consequences will be the sole responsibility of the User. Specifically, and without this list being exhaustive, the following are prohibited:
1. Using the website and application in any way that could cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies, or defects in their operation or in the computer equipment of a third party.Using the Website and Application to transmit, install, or publish any virus, malicious code, or other harmful or illegally intended programs or files.

7. Unauthorized access to any section of the Website and Application, other systems or networks connected to the Website and Application, CRIPTAN's servers, or the services offered through the Website and Application by means of hacking or forgery, password extraction, or any other unlawful means.
8. Carrying out any action that causes a disproportionate or unnecessary load on the infrastructure of the Website and Application or on the systems and networks of CRIPTAN, as well as on the systems and networks connected to the Website and Application.
9. Unauthorized access to any section of the Website or Application, other systems or networks connected to them, any CRIPTAN server, or the services offered through the Website or Application by means of hacking, forgery, password extraction, or any other unlawful means or as established in this Legal Notice.
10. Using the Website or Application to transmit or publish any defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, denigrating, pornographic material, or of an obscene or threatening nature or that may annoy, harm, or simply affect any person under CRIPTAN's criteria.
11. Preventing the normal development of an event, contest, promotion, or any other activity available through the Website and Application or any of its functionalities, whether by altering or attempting to illegally or otherwise alter access, participation, or operation of those, or falsifying the result of the same and/or using fraudulent participation methods, through any procedure, and/or through any practice that violates this legal notice.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations by the User may result in CRIPTAN taking appropriate measures protected by law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, which may lead to the deletion or blocking of the offending User's account, without any possibility of compensation for any damages caused.

Responsibilities and guarantees
Consequently, CRIPTAN does not guarantee nor is responsible for:
1. The continuity of the contents, services, and/or functionalities of the website and application.
2. The absence of viruses or other harmful components on the website and application or on the server that supplies them.
3. The invulnerability of the website and application or the impossibility of violating the security measures adopted for the same.
4. The lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the website and application.
5. Failures of the Website or Application caused by any type of attack on its servers or those of third-party service providers of CRIPTAN, as well as technical or security failures of the system of any of those providers that prevent the proper functioning of the Website and Application.
6. Any technical failure, of any kind, that hinders, delays, or prevents the proper functioning of the Website or Application.
7. The damages or injuries caused, to themselves or a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules, and instructions established by CRIPTAN, or through the violation of security systems.

Nevertheless, CRIPTAN declares that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the functioning of the Website and Application and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and the contents published on the Website and Application.

CRIPTAN will not be responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, or updating of the information contained in other platforms linked from the Website and Application. CRIPTAN will not assume responsibility for any hypothetical damages that could arise from the use of said information.

CRIPTAN will not respond to causes beyond its control, among which can be listed, without limitation: force majeure, problems accessing the internet, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of CRIPTAN, actions or omissions of third parties, etc. In all the aforementioned cases, beyond the control and due diligence by CRIPTAN, there will be no ground for compensation by CRIPTAN

Suspension of the website and application
CRIPTAN reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, the access, browsing, use, hosting and/or downloading of content and/or use of services of the Website and Application, with or without prior notice, to Users who violate any of the provisions detailed in this legal notice, without any possibility for the User to demand compensation for this reason.

Data protection
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website and Application will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which all Users must expressly accept if they provide personal data through the Website and Application.

General provisions
The headings of the different clauses are only informative and will not affect, qualify, or expand the interpretation of this Legal Notice. Furthermore, CRIPTAN may modify the conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part, publishing any change in the same manner as this legal notice appears or through any type of communication directed to Users.

The temporal validity of this Legal Notice thus coincides with the time of its display, until it is modified in whole or part, at which time the amended legal notice will become effective.

CRIPTAN may terminate, suspend, or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the contents of the Website and Application, without any possibility on the part of the User to demand any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents set out above in this legal notice will remain in force.

Should any provision of this legal notice be declared null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions of this legal notice.

The non-exercise or execution by CRIPTAN of any right or condition contained in this legal notice shall not constitute a waiver of it, except with acknowledgement and agreement in writing by its part.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The current regulations will determine the laws that must govern and the jurisdiction that must know the relations between CRIPTAN and the users of the Website or Application. However, whenever such regulation allows the parties involved to submit to a specific jurisdiction, any litigious issue arising from or related to this Website will be governed by the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the litigation. Furthermore, CRIPTAN and the users, with express renunciation of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
