That's why we've created Criptan Friends (hereinafter referred to as the referral program), a program in which, for every person you invite to the platform, who registers and uses any Earn product, you'll earn rewards.
Program Users In order to obtain your own referral program code, the person must be a Criptan user and meet the current requirements for these. If at any time this user ceases to be one, they will stop receiving the benefits of their referrals, but the referrals will continue to receive the benefits as if the referring user were still active. There will always be two parties: the referring user and the referred user.
Benefits will only be obtained from the first generation of referrals, meaning a user cannot benefit from referrals made by their own referrals.
To obtain the user code for the referral program, they must go to the "Criptan Friends" section within the Criptan App, where they can view the code.
Referral program benefits
The Referral Program will offer rewards to those Users who invite new Users. In this regard, they will receive a commission on the earnings obtained in Earn products by those Users they refer, as follows:
- 50% commission on the earnings obtained by the referred User on their 3 first months. - 25% commission on the earnings obtained by the referred User on subsequent deposits.
Commissions will be paid in the same cryptocurrency that the referred User receives their rewards, as follows:
- The referring User will receive their commission at the same time the referred User receives their earnings. - In the case of flexible deposits or those with a duration of more than one year, commission will only be obtained on the earnings of the first year. - In the event that the referred User renews their first deposit, after such renewal, the referring User will no longer receive the 50% after the 3 months commission but rather a 25% commission. - In the event that the referred User makes a deposit for a period longer than 12 weeks, the referring User will no longer receive the 50% commission after reward number 12, but rather a 25% commission.
Additionally, there will be no limit on the number of Users referred per User.
Information shared
By participating in the program, you agree that CRIPTAN will inform both parties as follows:
- CRIPTAN may inform both parties of the other person's alias. - The purpose of this processing is the proper execution of the referral program, and the legal basis is the fulfillment of the contractual relationship between Criptan and the Users. - This data will not be transferred to third parties or subjected to international transfers. - You may exercise your data protection rights against Criptan via email atencion@criptan.com.
Modification of the referral program
The referral program is a benefit that Criptan voluntarily grants to users. In any case, the rules and requirements for obtaining benefits through the referral program may be modified or eliminated at any time if Criptan deems it necessary. In case of elimination of the referral program, all active referral programs will be suspended, although users who have available balance from obtaining rewards will maintain such balance and can redeem it at any time.
In the event of modification of the referral program by another new one, the new program will apply in its entirety, regardless of whether there are active users benefiting from it. In these cases, users who were already benefiting from the previous program will have the same rights as a new user of Criptan and, in addition, will be able to redeem the available balance they had in the previous referral program.
