    What is Criptan Earn?

    Criptan Earn is our savings product that allows you to generate passive income with your cryptocurrencies (USDC, EUR (EURC)*, BTC, or ETH) over a specified period of time. You will receive returns weekly until the final deposit date or until you decide to withdraw it in the case of Earn Flex.

    *What is EURC (€)?EURC is a stablecoin designed by the company Circle to be pegged to the Euro. It is backed by Euros deposited in bank accounts denominated in that currency, which allows it to be exchanged 1:1 for Euros at all times.

    Fixed and flexible periods

    Within Criptan Earn, we offer two modalities, in which you will always receive your rewards weekly:

    - Fixed: Allows you to deposit an amount for a fixed period of 12, 26, or 52 weeks (Earn 90, Earn 180, and Earn 360, respectively).
    - Flexible: Allows you to deposit the amount for as long as you want. Depending on the notice days you request for withdrawal, you may or may not pay a withdrawal fee.

    What risks does it have?

    When you make an investment, you authorize Criptan to have access to your funds and provide you with returns in exchange. In the event that Criptan experiences liquidity issues, it could affect the principal deposited. However, our priority is the security and backing of your funds, so you can trust our commitment to you.

    When is my deposit validated and when will I receive my first rewards?

    Your deposit will start generating rewards on the first Friday after it's made, and you'll receive your first reward the following Friday.

    Can I withdraw my money once the cycle has started?

    Once you've made a deposit, it cannot be withdrawn until the end of the 12, 26, or 52-week loan period, depending on the product contracted.

    What happens if the APY changes?

    If the APY changes, whether it increases or decreases, it will only affect new deposits you make. The APY indicated at the time of contracting will be maintained until the stipulated term ends.

    What is EURC (€)?

    EURC is a stablecoin designed by the company Circle to be pegged to the Euro. It is backed by Euros deposited in bank accounts denominated in that currency, allowing it to be exchanged 1:1 for Euros at all times.

    Will I be investing in Euros or EURC (€)?

    As we're unable to invest in Euros directly, Criptan will convert them for free, guaranteeing a 1:1 value between Euros and EURC at the time of investment. Once your deposit ends, we'll convert the EURC (€) back into Euros at a 1:1 value. The same applies to rewards—they're generated in EURC (€) but exchanged and delivered in Euros.

    This means that, although indirectly, you're dealing with cryptocurrencies, even though you don't have any risk associated with exposure to EURC.

    Can I reinvest my profits?

    It's not possible to reinvest profits automatically. However, at the time of contracting, you'll have the option to select the auto-renewal of your deposit. This way, you can choose to automatically renew your deposit under the same conditions and amounts at the end of the term.

    Can I cancel an automatic renewal?

    Yes, you can activate and deactivate automatic renewal from the details of your deposit. Simply disable the automatic renewal checkbox and save the settings.

    Criptan Earn Flex

    When is my deposit validated, and when will I receive my first rewards?

    Your deposit will start generating rewards on the first Friday after you make your deposit, and you will receive your first reward the following Friday.

    Can I withdraw my deposit immediately?

    The early termination of the deposit is subject to a fee that varies depending on the number of days' notice you provide (minimum 2 days). Depending on the deposited cryptocurrency, the % commission for an early withdrawal may be higher or lower, however, it decreases daily until reaching 0% on day 23.You can check the percentages for each cryptocurrency in the "Earn Flex" section of "Rewards and fees" at the following link: Criptan Earn.

    Can I withdraw any amount?

    There is no minimum withdrawal amount; however, for liquidity reasons, there is a maximum depending on the deposited cryptocurrency.You can check the limits for each cryptocurrency in the "Earn Flex" section of "Rewards and fees" at the following link: Criptan Earn.

    Can I reinvest my profits?

    Yes, you can automatically reinvest the rewards generated when making the deposit. You can also enable or disable it at your convenience directly from your deposit card.

    Will I be investing in Euros or EURC (€)?

    As we cannot directly invest Euros, Criptan will convert them into EUROC (€) at a 1:1 value ratio at the time of investment, free of charge. Once your deposit ends, we will convert the EUROC (€) back into Euros at a 1:1 value. The same process applies to rewards; they are generated in EURC (€) but converted and delivered in Euros at the time.

    This means that, while indirectly, you are operating with cryptocurrencies, albeit without any risk associated with exposure to EURC.

    Once a withdrawal is requested, does it continue to generate rewards?

    Yes, until the withdrawal is completed, your funds will continue to generate rewards. However, on the Friday of the week in which the withdrawal is completed, the withdrawn amount will not be taken into account for the calculation of your reward.
