Access to the Whistleblower Channel
Criptan Trade, S.L. has an internal information system (called Whistleblower Channel) in which any person related to Criptan can communicate, confidentially and anonymously -if they so wish-, breaches of legal or internal regulations, financial and accounting irregularities and possible breaches of all kinds, with no reprisals, among other guarantees and rights of the informant that are contained in the internal regulations governing the Channel.

Our Whistleblower Channel can be accessed via the web and is operational 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The receipt of communications is done through an external tool, easy to use and fully accessible, which guarantees confidentiality and anonymity, where appropriate. The tool complies with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption and Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23 (“whistleblower protection”).

Note: this Whistleblower Channel does not act as a communication channel for contractual claims from customers or suppliers, nor for complaints and claims from customers for the provision of our services, for which there is a specific e-mail enabled for this purpose.
