Terms and Conditions – Criptan Friends

Our goal is to bring the world of cryptocurrencies to as many people as possible. We want to count on your help to achieve this and, as a token of our appreciation, we have created Criptan Friends (hereinafter, the referral programme). Through this programme, for every person you invite to the platform who registers and uses any Earn Fixed product, you will receive rewards (provided that all the conditions described below are met).

Programme Users

To obtain a unique referral programme code, the person must be a Criptan user and meet the current requirements. If, at any point, the user ceases to be a Criptan customer, they will stop receiving referral benefits, but the referred users will continue to receive benefits as if the referring user were still active. There will always be two parties involved: the referring user and the referred user.

Benefits will only be obtained from the first generation of referrals, meaning that a user will not be able to receive benefits from the referrals of their own referred users. To obtain the referral programme code, the user must go to the “Criptan Friends” section within the Criptan app, where they will be able to view their code.

Referral Programme Benefits

The Referral Programme will offer rewards to users who invite new users. In this regard, they will receive a commission based on the earnings obtained in Earn Fixed products by the referred users. Check the percentages here.

Commissions will be paid in the same cryptocurrency in which the referred user receives their rewards, and in the following manner:

– The referring user will receive their commission at the same time as the referred user receives their earnings.

– The user will receive the earned commissions directly in their Savings+ account.

– For fixed-term deposits (Earn 90, Earn 180 or Earn 360), the commission received by the referring user will apply only to the earnings generated by the referred user during the first 26 weeks.

That is, the referring user will receive rewards for a referred user for a maximum of 26 weeks from their first transaction.

– Referred user: they will have a maximum period of two weeks (14 days), counted from the moment they register on Criptan (not from identity verification), to meet the necessary conditions for the corresponding programme benefit to be activated. If said conditions are met after those fourteen days have elapsed, the benefit will not be activated.

– Referring user: they will only receive the programme benefits when the referred user meets the conditions within the first fourteen days of their registration on Criptan. Only those transactions carried out by the referred user who has received the bonus will generate benefits for the referring user, that is, those who have made a deposit in Earn Fixed (90, 180 or 360) within the established timeframes.

Furthermore, there is no limit to the number of referrals each user may have.

Shared Information

By participating in the programme, you agree that Criptan may inform both parties of the following:

– Criptan may inform both parties of the other person’s alias.

– The purpose of this processing is to ensure the correct execution of the referral programme, and the legal basis for doing so is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship between Criptan and its users.

– This data will not be shared with third parties, nor will any international data transfers be carried out.

– You may exercise your data protection rights with Criptan by sending an email to

Misuse of the Programme

Criptan reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, the rewards obtained, as well as to block participation in the programme, in those cases where fraudulent use is detected, including, by way of example and not limitation, the creation of multiple accounts, self-referrals, identity fraud or any other conduct contrary to the good faith of the programme.

Referral Programme Modifications

The referral programme is a benefit that Criptan voluntarily offers to its users. In any case, the rules and requirements for obtaining benefits from the referral programme may be modified or removed at any time if Criptan deems it necessary. In the event of the referral programme being discontinued, all active programmes will be suspended. However, users with available balances from earned rewards will retain said balance and may use it at any time.

If the referral programme is replaced by a new one, the new programme will apply in its entirety, regardless of whether there are active users benefiting from the previous programme. In such cases, users already benefiting from the previous programme will have the same rights as a new Criptan user and will be able to use the available balance generated by the previous referral programme.
